Brief Introduction to Meditation
Universal
life force = Prana (India), Chi (China), Ki (Japan) and exists
at all levels of the universe from the subatomic upwards.
It
responds to thoughts and emotions, and other levels of being.
Every
thought, every emotion, attracts prana around it, and becomes
a thought form in your energetic field.
Meditation:
is a tool to achieve universal consciousness in
a physical existence. It's benefits can include peace, peace of
mind, health & healing, joy, emptiness, expansion and higher
consciousness.
How:
by eliminating debilitating thought forms like
fear, anger and other emotional addictive patterns we get a clear
and present energy body - radiant manifestation, and so we achieve
peace, and a God centred focus
(for those who find the word 'God' too confronting - 'a Universal
Conscious Life').
We can achieve meditation in many many ways, and at many many
levels, here are some:
1) Breath:
emptying old patterns
2) Prayer: making
a conscious alignment of your present life to your soul &
higher self. Learning how to focus our soul level into our life,
not to ask but to give.
3) Visualisation and higher self
development, bringing higher self or soul level
into daily life. Developing self mastery, self realisation through
developing harmony and balance in all chakras. So that you live
each and every moment with higher self.
4)
Being. All meditation
leads ot this infinite state.
The most important thing is to have:
a) love in action
b) forgiveness in action
c) light in thoughts
d) cleansing of the energy body both daily and moment to moment.
Change
is inevitable
WARNING:
If
you energise without cleansing, then the resulting change and
releasing of old patterns can be overwhelming and very difficult.
So we must practice release, surrender and cleansing of old patterns.
Cleansing
the energy body of negative thoughts and emotions is the key to
no longer reliving those old patterns.
This
is fundamental to this practice.
As things arise
- negative or positive, we must maintain a positive loving attitude
towards the change. Don't
forget this.This
is spiritual practice.
When dealing with disease & illness, careful procedure must
be followed: gentle cleansing, forgiveness & love.
Warning:
Do not energise the site of the illness or disease. Instead,
build up the positive strength of the energy body surrounding
it.
